The first day of the trip took me all the way from Berlin to zehdenick without a single drop of rain. The second best part of the trip just starts outside Oranienburg, where you drive in the woods, but the havel is always within sight. The best part of the ride starts roughly 12 km before I reached the final destination Havelschloss in Zehdenick, where you ride next to the Finow-canal and are flanked by trees from the left.
The Havelschloss hotel is run by Dutch people and you get the warmest and friendliest welcome there. The terrace and garden leading right to the water absolutely breathtaking.
I removed the spare tube and pump from my backpack which makes it a lot easier to interact with my inventory.
In regards to my saddle bags I sometimes bump into them with my heels which get quiet annoying even though I clipped them to my saddle furthest away from my seat.
Also my smashing spandex shorts have no pockets, nor did I bring a bag which I can attach infront of myself... Guess i have to buy a fanny pack, haha - fml
